Fun Center treats all information about our customers in a confidential way.

TRANSPORT 
The costs for transport of activities and staff to events is  from 1.500,- onwards within the Stavanger and Sandnes area.

TRAVEL EXPENSES (out of the Stavanger/ Sandnes area)
The customer has to cover all the travel expenses, such as flight and / or train tickets, freight, hotel, use of car (counted on driven km) as well as personal expenses with regard to a specified travel calculation with a copy of all the receipts. Kilometers driven will be calculated in accordance to the states rates. The hourly rate for staff is upon consultation.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
An invoice requesting for 50% of the total sum will be sent after the booking is placed.
The invoice for the remaining sum will be sent right before the event takes place. After due date of the invoice, we charge a penalty of 8,75% p.a.
Invoice fee is 60,- kr eks mva.

CANCELLATION
If a cancellation is requested for less than 21 days before the booked date, we will charge 50% of the agreed booking price. However, if a cancellation happens less than 10 days before the booked date, we will charge 100% of the agreed booking price.

ADJUSTMENT OF NUMBER OF ATTENDANTS
Small adjustments (1-3 persons) can be made until 7 days before the event. Any increase in number of participants will be charged accordingly.

BIG EVENTS
Cancellation fees can be discussed.

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS
As per company policy, unfortunetely, we do not offer credits to private customers. Please note, all prices are include VAT.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
The prices sent excludes VAT.

IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
If you are not satisfied in any way during your event, you must immediately notify the staff at Fun Center. Unfortunately, if you are still not completely satisfied, you must write to us within 7 days of your event providing all other relevant information to allow us to investigate your complaint properly.

YOUR BEHAVIOUR
If we or any other person in authority is of the reasonable opinion that you are behaving in a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger to any other person (including our staff or participants) or could be disruptive, or damage to property, we will be entitled to ask you to leave the premises. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. You will be responsible for making full payment for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your Booking Group during your time away.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that all the participants are in good health.

SEND REQUESTS
If you do have any special requests, kindly let us know at the time of your Booking. We will try to meet your needs but cannot guarantee to do so.

PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS  
Please be advised that all promotions / discounts will hold their own individual terms & conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The management reserves the right to amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time. Kindly contact us to know more.
